As we continue to navigate our way through this global health pandemic, Cornerstone is dedicated to acting in the best interest of our employees, clients and the general public.
Until further notice, we will not be providing in-person service at our physical location. Although our physical office will be closed, we are happy to assist you and provide the experience you expect from us via phone or email during regular business hours.
We would also like to remind you that you can always access your policy documents, pink cards and payment schedules on our client portal, Cornerstone Connect. You can access it from your computer at cornerstoneconnect.ca or by downloading the app in the Google Play or Apple store.
During this time, our staff have been set up in remote workstations where they will resume normal operations with the exception of in-person services. Here are some tips on how we can help you while we work from home:
1. Payment collection
Payments can be made by credit card online through your insurance company’s website. If you’re unsure on how to process your payment, give us a call and we would be happy to help!
2. Document signing
We are set up to receive electronic signatures. We can send you a document via email and you can sign it from your computer, cell phone, or tablet!
3. Document drop off
Scan or photograph the document and send it to us by email. If that is not possible, mail us a copy, or slide your document under our office door (just be sure to let your broker know that it is there).
As much as we love welcoming our valued clients into our offices every day, we must respond to the information provided by health officials and follow the recommendations to do our part to aid the containment of this virus.
